Easy Power and Flexibility for Tennis DVD
This easy and fun 45-minute program will change your
tennis game, if practiced regularly! The power and
flexibility program, taught by a certified yoga teacher
and a yoga for tennis expert Anastasia, is divided
into three parts:
- stretches
to try before you play tennis to prepare you for
your best game
- power-generating
exercises to do in between the matches, to strengthen
your muscles
- flexibility
exercises for after the game to relax and stretch
your body Regular practice of easy flexibility
and power exercises can help you reduce muscle
tension , improve circulation, reduce anxiety,
stress and fatigue. It can improve alertness,
make your muscles stronger and more flexible,
decrease the risk of injury and help you to be
more in tune with your mind and your body both
on and off the court!
